Make certain pitchers have and use a proper stretching and warm up program before throwing.
Would it be possible for someone here to point me to a good program that I can use with my 12 y/o to ensure that this is done before bullpen and, more importantly, mound appearances in games? I will need something that can realistically be done in around 15 min. or less to ensure it gets done right and won’t conflict with time compressed nature of Sunday double-headers and tournament play.
