Does anyone believe that yoga is good for a picture?

Yoga can be ok for a pitcher. Each pitcher has specific needs and yoga may help some pitchers while it may not be a huge need for another.

Flexibility is a big word for a lot of people but I want you to consider a different mindset. I want you to think about being balanced. I want you to have good posture and range of motion. If you lok at some people’s stretching routine, they will probably do 2 or 3 hamstring stretches and one quad or hip flexor stretch. Their hamstrings may be flexible but they won’t be balanced and that can lead do decreased performance and increased injuries.

Stretching isn’t bad but there is more to the picture.
