guess what guys? I started my first yoga class yesterday, hard all hell!

I was also gonna ask. When Pro pitchers take some time off throwing say a month or two, as soon as they get back how much throwing do they do and do their pitches still work, or do they need to get back to the feel of things?

When I took 6 weeks off recenltly I needed a couple of bullpens to get back on track, and dang that yoga sucks, you wouldn’t think it but it kicks my butt. Also Zumba started that a few weeks ago and it’s great much better than aerobics.
