Has anyone here used the program (or heard anything about) West Side For Skinny Bstrds? I’ve never really worked out before and I heard this was a good overall program (especially the second and third versions for sprinting). I know I have decent strength for my size (5’6" and 155 lbs) but I was looking for something that could get me into shape and strengthen me as a pitcher. I was wondering if anyone could share any thoughts on the program?
