With 10lb wrist weights such as the ones used by Kyleb in his velocity development program, with what frequency should the circuit be performed? Also is this more of an off season thing or can it be used in season? Any help is appreciated!

Be a perfectionist. Get it right. Even when you feel ready and are held up by someone or something else not in your control; take the time to review the project. Seems like there is always something that was missed.
By the way…does someone make a variable wrist weight something like the weighted ball program where you can use say a 5 lb weight and a 7 lb weight, etc?
