I know you are suppose to do shoulder work in season but do you do wrist and forearm work in season? I need to know i might be pitching soon and i want to get a routine down.

i didnt end up going to mike lopes because of the $$$$$$$. Its cost alot. Ok so thank you for that information
I might be wrong, but I actually do forearm and wrist exercises in season. I do wrist curls and other types of things with the forearms because its a muscle just like your bicep or tricep and it helps to maintain the strength. Just my opinion though.
