Workouts to improve velocity

Hi all, just attended an MLB tryout and was clocked for the first time. My FB was upper 70’s lower 80’s topping out at 82, change was lower 70’s, and curve was low 70’s. I noticed that the scouts were commenting the guys who threw 85+ especially the one guy who topped out at 92, although he was 24 (i’m 17). So my question is does anyone have any workouts, both weights and throwing to increase velocity as I’m hoping to fall into the mid to high 80’s range.
