Workouts for Baseball

Anyone know any great workout programs for the all around baseball player? Maybe some you have used and have had success or ones that you have heard worked real well.

Any responses would be appreciated


I do 200 pushup’s 4 out of 7 days
crunches 100 2 out of 7 days
i run a mile a day
i do long toss
i and i lift 40-50 pounds
