Hi im a senior in high school. and i have a month till try outs and about 50 days till the first game. i am looking to gain as much weight/muscle as possible as the off season wraps up.

Tricep Extension 2X10
Lower Body
Squat 3X6
Deadlift 3X6
Lunges 2X10
Calf Raises 3X15
Mon: Upper Body
Tue: Lower Body
Wed: Off
Thursday: Upper Body
Friday: Lower Body
Sat: Off
Sun: Off
I also have a separate core and running program that I do every day.
How is the workout? Any suggestions?
