Workout/ Weight Gain Plans

Does anyone know of a good weight training program to improve velocity. I’m 15, and a submarine pitcher. My average velocity is about 68, and I hope to be in the high 70’s by the start of the season. If anybody wants to suggest a plan of sometype, then it would be very helpful.

the best way to increase velocity is alot of long toss. What many people suggest on here is to do a lowerbody/upperbody 4 day work workout. so day 1 is upperbody, day 2 lowerbody, day 3 upperbody, and day 4 lowerboy.
