Workout for baseball and other sports?

ok, so I’m going to get tuffcuff soon, but I also play basketball and football

-will the workouts help all three of my sports, or will it be primarily baseball?

-if so how can I incorporate more excersies for basketball and football?


Yes, the exercises will translate, particularly the agility stuff and med-ball work. But more importantly, the 60 and 90 day throwing programs will be beneficial as you prep for the season.

One of the best parts of Tuff-Cuff is that a schedule of what you need to do is in the book. That isn’t the case with the other pitching things I have - Woolforth’s combat pitching and Mill’s CD.
