im 14 and i was just wondering how many days a week i should be working out. im doing 3 days a week now monday wensday friday.

What are you doing when you workout? For example, what exercises, sets and reps.

Also, what is the end result you are trying to get?

i use exercises from the core program and rotar cuff exercise about twice a week
