Workout days?

What type of lifting should high school pitchers do? Should they split up the days for example Monday is back Tuesday is legs ect. Or should they do a full body workout and cardio like 4 days a week?

Athletes in general should split workouts into upper/lower body out of season and full body in season. Don’t put too much into cardio unless you really need it, do sprint work if anything.
