Workout before tryouts

Age:15
Height:5 foot 6 inches
Weight:118-122 pounds
Play:Second base,want to catch,and pitch a little
Need:Improve bat,throwing,and running speed while getting back in shape
Have:Tee,bucket of baseballs.2,8,10 pound dumbells along with a bar and weights.And also have a park to throw,hit,and run in.
Dont have:A partner,no ones dedicated enough to practice,so im myself.

Can you guys reccomend a workout routine and a diet that will help me improve before tryouts at the beginning of february?
