if you work out and do benching and curls will that increase your speed
I’ve heard various opinions on biceps/triceps and bench presses. I was told not to bench press at all, but have also heard it’s fine to bench as long as you dont go past 90 dgeree arm angle. Imagine your lying flat on the floor while you bench.
It’s good to have strong bi’s/tri’s just to protect your shoulder and elbow but you don’t want to overwork them. If they get big then it could slow down your arm.
