Ive dicovered I feel like i throw better on days i work out then on the days i dont work out. i had a weird experience a little while back…i stopped working out and i noticed that when i threw my elbow would feel “weird” not really painful but there was some discomfort. I started working out a little bit later and i havent had any elbow discomfort since( knock on wood). anybody feel better throwing on days they work out? or do you prefer to throw on days you dont work out?
