ok i pitch a lot and i still wanna do bicep curls for my hitting will that weffect my pitching if i do that

I don’t know about anyone else, but bicep curls are pretty useless IMO. If you want “chick muscles” well then thats fine, but it wont help you hit the ball much farther. Most big leaguers focus on tons of core work. I read an article with Albert Pujols and he actually stated that he didnt want big muscles because they made it harder for him to generate bat speed. If you look into it, the only guys with big biceps were Mcgwire, Sosa, Bonds… and I think you know where I am going with that.

I think most people also agree that bulky biceps will probably hurt your pitching more than they will help.
