Am I leading with my hips? Is this going to lead to better hip/shoulder separation?

I’m assuming that you aren’t actually throwing a ball. Game-effort pitches from the mound with multiple angles would be more telling than a dry run. Secondly, some of your lower body and upper body is cut off when you take your stride.

Leading with your hips can create more momentum if other things in your delivery are mechanically sound. Mound video where you can see your entire body from start to finish would be more helpful.
