what would an ideal weekly work out and diet be for a 6 foot 3 180 pound JR pitcher?

right now im 6 foot 3 and 180 pounds. im tryin to get a little more bulk.

Your body type, current workout program, eating habits

body type i would says just tall skinny. i got some bulk. work out i do alot of squats lot of core and shoulders. eating. i eat protein bars daily and protein drinks daily. eat pretty healthy, fruits and vegetables

need to start a journal and write down everything you eat and everything you do to practice and train for a week. see how many calories you take in, and how many you burn each week, then plan from there.
