Sense it is baseball season now i was wondering what a good workout would be? I do not want to get sore but I still want to try to gain a couple of mph.
In seasson, personally, I try to push my long toss sessions further and further out, and for longer to help gain and maintain velocity.
If you did a lot of off season workouts, without a lot of throwing, this is where your arm will learn how to fully use all the added muscle.
