what are some good offseason workouts to stay healther and keep your arm good fo next season
Throwing bullpens, running sprints, check out some upper and core body med ball exercises online, flexibility training, squats, lunges. I say throwing bullpens first because this is an excellent way to keep your arm in shape. Just dont over do it.

throwing for bullpens a week at 100%…two bullpens in 7 days seems to work for me
