Hi…don’t think that speed makes a pitcher! You did not state in your post if you are able to control your pitches and have command of the strike zone. Instead of throwing 100 pitches every 2-3 days, I would initiate a long throw program of about 5 weeks. The pros throw max-force 100 pitches every 5 days. I would not throw every 2 days!

I am 15 and throw about the same. However, I have been cut from some teams because my arm speed isn’t high enough. What routines/excersises did you do to increase your velocity? Please let me know.

how big were you at 15. im 15 and throw 74-76.
im 6’1" 140lbs
