Sure, answers will help, but they’re hard to come by without knowing what the cause is. Video will help us. Having said that, I’ll give sort of a “non-answer”. “Wildness” could very well be one specific thing you’re doing and, if you fix that, you’ll improve. Location ability, in general, is the result of efficient, effective, repeatable mechanics and lots of practice on locating pitches in the same environment you’ll face in games (on a mound, correct distance and game level intensity). So, if you practice just throwing fireballs with no specific target, on flat ground, at 3/4 of the distance and at 75% effort, you won’t get good at locating your pitches when you’re faced with all of the game parameters.
