I noticed that when I finish throwing ill tuck my glove under my throwing arm. Is that a problem and if so what could I do to fix it? Thanks
Hard to say without seeing but it’s not necessarily a problem. It probably helps you stay closed and delay shoulder rotation.
I know this isn’t a very good photo (will try to get a video soon). This is me (the kid with curly hair) starting my stretch. Don’t know if it’ll help but you never know.
