Whoa i threw today

After a week of rest i threw at practice.

ok this is how it went i did a little long toss and was throwing easily 400-450 feet.

I threw 90 feet away with zip and pop on the 4 seam

this is great

tomorrow i have a competition in P.A.
so
i feel great

i like how u said easily 400-450 feet, that is really far u must have a good arm

Wow, i wish i could throw over a centrefield fence from home plate.
if pitching doesnt work out you could play centrefield and have an amazing arm

I’m assuming you mean 400 feet on the hop, because 400 feet is pretty darn far. Watch this clip of Vlad, who has one of the best outfield arms in baseball, throwing it over the 385 sign at Yankee Stadium.

i had the chance to be an expos fan while he was with us and his arm is off the hook. they used to put him centerfield sometimes and i remember a bases loaded situation where a big fly ball is hitinto the deep part of the centerfield probably around 380 feet and he gunned down the guy taging at third that was seriously unbelievable. he then crushed one in the centerfield bleachers his next at bat something like 450 feet.
