Which Burns More Calories?

Strength Work such as pull-ups,push-ups and dips. Or running as in jogging, sprinting,and plyometrics.

Cardio burns more calories, faster.

I know cardio burns calories alot faster than lifting does, but I know the amount of time the body is burning those calories is a lot shorter than as if you were lifting. Lifting is a slower process and repairing muscle’s and recovering burns calories for long lengths of time. Also the more muscle mass an individual has the faster their metabolism moves and the more calories they burn doing everyday activities.

I approached that a couple of ways, hope that helped.
