Where to start in Tuff Cuff?

Hi i am a freshman about to be sophmore after this summer and wanted to ask a question about tuff cuff schedule.
I have almost exactly 8 months til the sophmore year tryout and was wondering if i could do two months of each phase (1,2,3,4) even though it says for me not to do power?

Doing 2 months each of Phases 1, 2, 3, and 4 is a great idea. Don’t worry that the program doesn’t tell HS pitchers to do Phase 4; a high school pitcher will be able to handle Phase 4 as long as he has built up a training base by performing Phases 1, 2, and 3 before he begins phase 4.

Make sure to do the Phases in order.

Don’t forget about working on mechanics. Having your body in top shape in time for tryouts will be very beneficial, but having perfected mechanics will be even more beneficial.
