I’ve been on the pitcher’s power drive tool and what’s confused me is am I supposed to be driving my back knee into the ground?
Think more of pushing the rubber back with your drive foot creating a shin angle closer to the ground. Driving your knee down to do that will render your back hip virtually imobile and you could lose velo. They will look similar if you took a video from the side, but driving off will your back foot and trying to push the rubber backwards will feel more powerful than trying to get your knee closer to the ground.
