What to do to take stress of ucl?

So as my high school season comes to an end, I will play summer ball which is only games on weekends and work with a trainer on bullpens and hitting, is this a proper time to work on velocity gains and arm care? Mainly I was wondering what drills in the weight room to do to take stress off the elbow and maintain a healthy arm.

I plan on following tuff cuff pro as I’m 14 turning 15 this summer, and am wondering the muscles to strengthen to take stress off the ucl and if tuffcuff will do this


Would highly suggest implementing an arm band workout program into your summer program.
