What pitching program adds the most velocity?

What pitching program adds the most velocity? Over how many weeks/months? What did the program mostly consist of…squats, pullups, med ball work, free weight works, light dumbell work, body weight exercises, sprints, long distance running…ect.

What program has the best reputation?

I don’t think this topic really fosters the kind of discussion that’s positive for LTP. It also leaves out a lot of great programs. So I’m going to steer us away from these types of posts, which have been popping up a lot lately.

Let’s keep the discussions on suggestions for the “types” of training routines, throwing programs, exercises and workouts that might be beneficial … and not on whose program or system is better or worse. That’s a better discussion to have all around…
