What do i need to do?

Info: I’m 16, 6’3 200 lbs. I’m not very strong i can probably bench 160 lbs at most. I’m going to be a junior in high school…

My main problem is that my velocity isn’t where i’d like it to be. I’m in the 75-80 mph range and I want to be in the mid to upper 80’s range. I’ve been told that lots of long toss is the best way to strengthen my arm to throw harder… Is there anything else I should do?

Long toss, weighted balls, throwing off the mound, strength training.
