I’m looking for glutes, quads, calves, hamstrings, core, biceps, triceps, chest, and my shoulder - preferably both the front, back, internal and external rotation. (Basically everything). Any input for any of these is greatly appreciated, thanks!
Abdominal press (I think its called sorry not sure the full name i know its for the abs), calve raises, lat pulldowns etc.
