Hi prier to the title, I dislocated my shoulder last year on September 24, 2016. And my throw is just now coming back. I need to know some good exercises or something to help my shoulder increase it’s strength. I went through rehab and my shoulder feels GREAT!! I still do my rehab exercises with the bands and weights. Every now and then it hurts after practice or my games the pain will be a 4 or 5 but I’ll put ice on it and keep it moving. What should I use or wear for my shoulder to stop hurting? Will my shoulder ever be the same?
