Hey i was wondering if you guyz have a good weighted baseball workout?
my workout is throwing the 6oz and 4oz weighted balls…i throw three times a week for 3 weeks max intensity…15 throws with the 6oz, then 15 throws with the 4oz, then 15 throws with the 5oz…then rotator cuff exercises…tues and thurs wieght room and sat and sunday rest
the fourth week which is this week for me i throw the balls but like at 40 percent…going through the motion…i don’t have a mound but its best done on a mound
Have you seen any significant results? 8)
