I’m sure it’s been discussed somewhere but I couldn’t find it on this forum. What are some good drills for practicing the weight transfer and more importantly some drills to help front side. I need some drills that will help me ride my front side for as long as possible. If possible, can you please post the names of drills along with a possible description and or a video of them, as everyone has a different name for the drills. Thank You!
Hershiser drill is a popular front side drill. Do a forum search for that as well as Wall drill.
I would use the Hershiser drill to get the hips going forward, then the rocker drill for weight transfer.
Ultimately backward chaining the motion will identify flaws and help to correct.
