I was just wondering if someone could outline muscles/muscle groups that are generally weaker in pitchers/ball players overall. And possibly excercises that strengthen them.
Pitchers need to concentrate on building lower body and core strength,
as the lower body and the core are important in producing a pitcher’s
only 5 years late!!

Even though the post is old, the hips are one area where major imbalances are created. I have a video posted here on two exercises that can help create balances in the hip. Focus on your weaker side by doing more reps. You will also find out which stabilizers are weak and not as mobile, then you can adjust your routine to add a little more on the side that needs more work.
