My Clavicle protrudes about 1/2 an inch when I bring my arm back to throw.
My friends say it increases my arm speed because it acts as a hinge/slingshot, but I don’t know if they are right.
It does not hurt when I throw and I’ve had it for as long as I can remember.
Can I get some expert advice here?
