I throw low 70s right now and am 16. I right now throw generally a bullpen of about 60 pitches a day. I generally long toss every other day.
So My schedule is like this
day 1: bullpen, long toss
3: bullpen, long toss
and so on
I am hoping to be a starter on varsity next year. I have good control and goodmovement but I was wondering how much velocity I could gain by next march or so
