Any excercises that can help me gain velocity because im a junior and probably throwing around 81 82 and i wanan get it up to hte higher 80s… is there any workouts i can do or just throw more b/c KC im doin that workout that you gave me and i feel like im gettin stronger… thanks

There are articles on this site that are about gaining velocity (strength and conditoning, and how to increase velocity) Also there are blogs about increasing velocity as a topic.

If kc gave you a workout and you feel like your getting stronger than deffently continue to do that.

Throwing more will increase velocity too, just remember take 2 months off in the offseason to rest your arm.
