I was just wondering so experiences with velocity gain as guys simply get older and more mature. I’m about 6’2 160 lbs. I work extremly hard and have many goals for myself. Although I’m pretty tall for someone who just turned 16, I’m really not as physically mature as almost everyone on my team. So right now, they are throwing harder, eventhough they don’t even work hard at all. It’s sort of frustrating, but my coach has said that one day I’m just going to explode…
Any experiences?

Throw alot, and find a great workout program, increase your caloric intake and protein intake, keep working hard.
