what are some exercises u can do to strengthing that ligament, so u can lower the chances of getting tommy john?

Since it’s a ligament, there’s nothing you can do to strengthen it.

If you’re old enough, some mechanical tweaks (e.g. pronating) can reduce the load that is placed on the UCL.

Actually, I believe you can strengthen the elbow, it’s just at a much slower pace than building up muscle.

I wish this was true, but it’s not.

These exercises will only strengthen the muscles of the arm (which is a very good thing, but won’t do anything to repair or strengthen the UCL).
