hey everyone, just wondering how do i know what weight dumbells to use for the exercieses that require them. for example, working on biceps with dumbells. i am 5’8 150 lbs sophomore in hs. thanks!
The weight you should use for any exercise is the maximum amount of weight that you can do to COMPLETE your reps WHILE maintaining good form.
The increase in weight comes with the increase in strength.
