Tuffcuff question

Good morning everybody, first post here so I’m a newbie. I was browsing the internet for a good workout program for pitchers and came along this website. Already bought the TuffCuff and I just want to know what’s the best chronological way of doing the workouts? :?:

I’m doing the Phase 2 strenght program, should I do weights first hand and then do all the other work? If I have two timeframes to workout how do I manage the exercises? Lastly but most important how do I incorporate the 90 day long toss program? :oops: Sorry if these questions were answered before I just couldn’t find any info about them. Thanks for your attention
