TUFFCUFF Jr Question


I recently bought the TUFFCUFF Jr program for my 12 year old son. He is 5’ 5" but very skinny so I am helping this will help him gain a little muscle for core stability. He doesn’t competitively play any other sports (his choice) and loves baseball.
When I look at the Off-Season Calendar, there is a section called “Skill Work” and the task is “Pitch Development”, what exactly is that?




Do Olympic lifts. Any lift that uses his whole body. Don’t be scared to increase the weight either. I would make sure he can maintain at least eight reps. Don’t do movements like bench press or triceps extensions.
