Should I just follow the Tuff Cuff training program? Is that enough work?
I don’t personally own it, but people around here compliment it quite often. It’s sounds like a strong lifting program. I think if you supplemented it with Wolforth’s Combat Pitcher and Jaegers long toss program you would be set.
Starting out I just followed the program in Tuff-Cuff. It was very good and pretty clear about what needed to be done and how often it needed to be done.
