Tuff Cuff Warm-up question

I have been using the warm up from tuffcuff but there is almost no arm stretches besides a few circles and some bear hugs. I have always stretched my arms thoroughly in the past, is there something I am missing or should I just do what I normally do + TuffCuff stretches.

To get warmed up well, warm-ups should involve movement and muscle recruitment. Stretching doesn’t really provide a proper warm-up. Furthermore, you should stretch muscle when it’s warm. So, do a dynamic warm-up before your performance and save your stretching for afterwards.
