starting this offseason (or right now) I would really like to start a strength and conditioning program that will help increase my velocity. What are the pros and cons of both the 90 MPH program and TUFF CUFF. Which one is more beneficial. Both were created by experts that really know what they’re talking about. Any suggestions??
