tuff cuff question

i am looking at the tuff cuff phase 2 for Highschool

it says to work out:
Mon - Legs and wrists
Wed - Arms
Friday - Legs and wrists

why do you only workout your arms once a week?
could i switch it up and do:
Mon - Arms
Wed - Legs and wrists
Friday - Arms

arms aren’t very important in the proper pitching delivery

Well your arm is important…but Kaz is right in a different way than he said. Almost all of your power comes from your legs, and pretty much the rest is your torso. If you throw from your knees without rotating your torso…well you can’t really. Keep it the way it is.
