My son just got the tuff cuff work out book. He is currently doing general strength and conditioning (weight lifting only really) with his high school team. He is starting phase 1 of the program. Should he do the program on the same days as workouts (Monday and Thursday) or opposite days? Also, should he be doing all “day 1” exercises on the same day, so strength, cardio, core and regeneration on his work out day per the calender?
