Hi all, its been a while since I have posted anything but I’ve been reading in the background every chance I get. I’ve been following Tuff Cuff for going on Two years now, and have seen a great amount of success with it. Here’s the situation. Unfortunately for me, I haven’t played since the End of July 09 because of school and what not, since I was trying to Walk on at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in the fall, but had to leave the school before I was able to try out, and once I got to my new school Flagler College in the spring, I wasn’t able to tryout either. I haven’t given up on playing, so I have been hitting the weights hard, dieting, and been on a throwing program consistantly. I’m still not happy where I am strength wise, however tryouts are going to be right around the corner.
Would it be best to start with Phase 3 or 4?
